Psychiatrist
Dr Bronwyn is a Psychiatrist with sub-specialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She has a wide range of health science experience, having completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree on the Gold Coast as well as a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (first class Honours) from the University of Queensland.
Dr Bronwyn has a passion for youth mental health and offers a holistic approach to caring for her patients in a collaborative environment. She has extensive skills and experience to enhance the care, support and recovery of children and adolescents with mental health issues; including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD and psychotic disorders.

- Eating disorders
- Behavioural management
- Trauma informed care
Apart from the private work at Kooky Clinic, Dr Bronwyn also works in the public mental health sector in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
She has an appreciation for cultural diversity and equal opportunity and advocates for all to reach their full potential through patient centred care principles. With a deep-seated understanding of the impact of mental health issues, Dr Bronwyn uses a biopsychosocial framework to assess, diagnose and treat. Recognising Psychiatry as a unique combination of science and art, she uses various treatment modalities including psychotherapy, family interventions and the judicious use of medications. Dr Bronwyn is also involved in university teaching and is passionate about ongoing research in the field of Youth Mental Health.
