Medical Doctor
Dr Jess graduated from University of Queensland in 2016, and spent her residency years at Ipswich Hospital, where she gained experience in a broad range of specialties with multiple terms in general medicine and mental health. Her son was born in 2019, and Jess subsequently spent the last 6 months of her hospital experience as the evening medica l doctor for the wards, before commencing general practice training in 2021.
Dr Jess gained her GP fellowship in 2023, which allows her the flexibility to pursue her special interests of hypermobility, dysautonomia and ADHD, particularly with adult presentations.
When not at work she does her best to keep up with her very busy son, enjoys playing video games with her husband, building Lego, cooking, researching, and wishes she had more time to read fantasy books (and that a magic house fairy would do the dishes).
