Milena is our newly appointed Provisional Psychologist with a passion for working with children and families. Whilst she is completing her provisional training, she will be able to perform assessments, provide psychological interventions and provide support in various areas of child and adolescent mental health, such as; behaviour management, ASD, ADHD and intellectual disabilities.
Milena can assist NDIS participants as a Therapy Assistant. These supports are discounted 60% compared to a regular psychologist. With her warm smile and bubbly nature she will focus on growing and nurturing a relationship with you during the course of treatment, helping you to express and embrace the kookiness within!
Along with seeing clients at the clinic, she will also be available to do home visits for those requiring extra support outside of hours, as well as attending support groups, like Bubble and Squeak, run by our very own Dr Morton.
As her training progresses, she looks forward to assisting in more niche areas of concern, as well as being able to bring forward and incorporate expressive therapies like play, art and sand into everyday sessions.
