Introducing our new work experience staff member… Two and a half year old Noodle.
She is an Italian Greyhound with dreams of becoming a therapy assistance dog and undertaking formal training soon. She’s currently engaged as Dr Shannon’s shadow, and keen for pats from all comers.
Italian Greyhounds are known as “velcro dogs” because of their need to be attached to humans as much as possible, and were bred to sit on the laps of royalty, including Queen Victoria! We are looking forward to sharing her “royal treatment” with our families, particularly those who don’t like personal space, at the Springwood clinic!
She has impeccable fashion sense, and is overcoming her sensitive, anxious temperament, to be brave and bold, and welcome all the fresh faces into our healing space.
She has literally the biggest heart in town, being born with a heart murmur, and is overcoming the odds with her infectious loving kindness for all people
