Clinical Psychologist
Simone is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, families,
and adults through clear and comprehensive assessments. She has completed a Master
of Clinical Psychology with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Psychology (with first class
Honours). She has practiced across a range of settings including education, private clinic,
public hospital, and diagnostic assessment services.
Guided by her lived experience with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, Simone’s
clinical interests lie in neurodiversity, particularly ADHD, autism and learning disorders.
Simone appreciates the pivotal role of comprehensive assessment in empowering
individuals, providing clarity through precise diagnosis, nurturing self-understanding for
both individuals and their families, and guiding them towards pathways that facilitate a
more fulfilling life.
Simone is experienced in administering a range of cognitive, learning, and diagnostic
assessments: including ADHD, autism, learning disorders, intellectual impairment or
giftedness, as well as anxiety and mood disorders. At home, she enjoys time spent with her
husband, 2 sons and their lively labradoodle (who narrowly missed out on a professional
career as a therapy dog). Simone’s approach is warm, strengths-based and collaborative.
